We get the entire family involved in this fun, hands-on, informative session. This appointment includes an assessment of your family's diet history and goals, a review of the family kitchen and how we can make appropriate improvements to help you reach your goals. This appointment also includes a customized nutrition action plan and recipes to your family meet it's specific needs.
